By engaging the services of Vision Security Protection, LLC or accessing its website, clients and users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If a client does not agree with these terms, services should not be requested or used.
- Scope of Services
Vision Security Protection, LLC provides fire watch security and guard services for sites, events, and properties. Services may be provided for single assignments or extended contracts, subject to agreed terms.
All services are limited to the scope defined in written or confirmed service arrangements. The company does not assume responsibility beyond the expressly agreed coverage period or service parameters.
- No Guarantee of Incident Prevention
Fire watch and guard services are preventive and observational. While the company deploys certified personnel and monitors performance during assignments, it does not guarantee the prevention of all incidents, losses, damages, or unlawful acts.
Clients acknowledge that security services reduce risk but do not eliminate it.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding service needs
- Disclose relevant site conditions or risks
- Ensure safe working conditions for deployed personnel
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations related to their property or operations
Failure to provide accurate information may affect service performance and may limit the company's liability.
- Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined within service agreements or invoices. Failure to remit payment in accordance with agreed terms may result in suspension or termination of services.
The company reserves the right to pursue lawful remedies for unpaid balances.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision Security Protection, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to service performance.
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service assignment giving rise to the claim.
- Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vision Security Protection, LLC from claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from inaccurate information provided by the client, unsafe site conditions, or client negligence.
- Termination of Services
Services may be terminated in accordance with contractual terms or for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or legal non-compliance. Termination does not waive the obligation to satisfy outstanding balances.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which services are performed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Modifications
Vision Security Protection, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
